Sub-Processors

Particularly uses the following third-party service providers (sub-processors) to operate our service. This page provides transparency about who processes your data, what data they process, and why.

Last updated: February 17, 2026

Overview

We carefully select sub-processors that meet our security and privacy standards. Each sub-processor is contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We regularly review our sub-processors to ensure they maintain appropriate security practices.

Infrastructure

Vercel
Web Hosting and Deployment
United States (Global Edge Network)

Vercel hosts and deploys our web application. When you access Particularly, your requests are routed through Vercel's global edge network. Vercel processes standard web server logs including IP addresses and user agent strings for security and performance optimization. We use Vercel's built-in DDoS protection and SSL/TLS encryption. Query data (URLs, domains, IPs) submitted through our diagnostic tools passes through Vercel's infrastructure and may be retained in platform logs according to Vercel's policies.

Data Processed

  • HTTP request logs (IP addresses, user agents, URLs)
  • Performance metrics and error logs
  • Edge function execution data
  • Query parameters and request payloads

Analytics

Vercel Analytics
Web Analytics and Usage Statistics
United States

Vercel Analytics provides privacy-focused web analytics for Particularly. It is used to understand high-level traffic and usage patterns. According to Vercel documentation, it does not rely on traditional third-party tracking cookies and is designed for privacy-conscious analytics implementations. We use this data to improve our service and understand which tools are most popular.

Data Processed

  • Page views and navigation paths
  • Browser type and device information
  • Geographic location (country-level)
  • Referrer information
  • Performance metrics (Core Web Vitals)
Vercel Speed Insights
Performance Monitoring and Speed Metrics
United States

Vercel Speed Insights monitors real-user performance metrics to help us optimize speed and user experience. It collects Core Web Vitals and related technical performance signals from visits to our site. We use this data to identify performance bottlenecks and improve reliability.

Data Processed

  • Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS)
  • Page load times
  • Performance metrics
  • Browser and device information
  • Network conditions

Data Processing Notes

Particularly processes diagnostic queries (URLs, domains, IP addresses) in real-time and does not store query results long-term. Most diagnostic operations use built-in Node.js APIs (DNS resolution, network operations) and do not involve third-party sub-processors beyond our hosting infrastructure and analytics services.

When you submit a query through our tools, the data passes through our hosting infrastructure (Vercel). We do not intentionally retain diagnostic query results in a dedicated application database. Provider infrastructure may retain request metadata and logs according to provider retention policies.

Our analytics services (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) collect aggregated usage and performance data intended to help us improve the service. As described by provider documentation, these services are designed to minimize personal data collection and do not rely on cross-site advertising tracking.

Data Transfer Mechanisms

Our sub-processors are primarily located in the United States. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data transfer restrictions, data transfers to these sub-processors are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws through:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with each sub-processor
  • Supplementary measures including encryption and access controls where appropriate

Changes to Sub-Processors

We may update this list of sub-processors from time to time. When we add a new sub-processor that processes personal data, we will update this page. For material changes that significantly affect how your data is processed, we will provide notice through our Service or via email.
