Its all too true–I used an internet meme of Miguel Herrera to send an inspirational poster out to all the kids on the team. There is a sticky note with directions to fill in the blank with his/her favorite treat (to appear at the end of season party) and to hang up the poster. We are also going to give a way a prize to the first kid who can guess the guy in the picture.
